My hearing aids have allowed me to hear things that I haven't for years. I can hear my cats purring, I can hear the oven timer go off from another room, I can hear the train whistle from the top of the hill. There are so many little things we forget about! Being able to join in on conversations with family and friends instead of trying to figure out what was being said. Everyone at the office was very helpful to set me up with hearing aids that worked best for me.

They are wonderful! I have issues with my ears clogging and I am absolutely miserable when it happens. They got me in as soon as they could and problem fixed. I will definitely use them again

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Audibel. Appointments are easy to schedule their location is easily accessible. The personal are knowledgeable and friendly not to mention helpful. And the hearing aids really have improved communicating with others.

I stopped in and they got me in without an appointment. I didn't get the name of the young gentleman who helped me, but he was wonderful. The receptionist was very helpful as she showed me how to change something in my hearing aid. The gentleman had an appointment come in before he could adjust my hearing aid so I waited just ten minutes. I asked him to "turn" up my hearing aid. He checked my settings on a computer and adjusted it to my satisfaction. I mentioned I thought you could adjust your hearing yourself. He then changed something on the hearing aid so I was able to do that! They are extremely nice and helpful there. I heartily recommend them!

The audiologist, James Hanerhoff, is truly a caring professional. I purchased my Audibel hearing aids from a different dealer who retired and closed up shop. I visited James and he has been taking care of my hearing needs ever since. He adjusts the software when my hearing changes; he cleans my hearing aids and replaces the ear tips, wax guards, dust screens and anything else that needs attention whenever I see him. All this and he has never charged me a penny! I do buy my batteries from him because of the great service he gives me. The 312 batteries are very reasonably priced and last me six to seven days and I use them approximately 16 hours a day.

Our daughter would come into the room and ask why I had the TV so loud. It’s nice to be able to be in the room with others and not have them going crazy with the loud volume. It’s a good feeling to now have the sound come right into my hearing aids.

Being able to hear conversations the first time again, really understand them, was fabulous for me. Instead of asking my family to repeat themselves and try to visualize their lips as they talk, I had the opportunity to find that I just can close my eyes, listen, I would hear it and understand them.
