Went in to get my hearing ade fixed but he broke it worse but getting new hearing aids real soon and he was very nice and his staff was real nice I do recommend them to anyone that needs hearing checked or hearing aids go to audible hearing center the office was very clean and the time to see someone was less then 5 minutes i do recommend them who ever needs hearing aids they listen to your concerns and answer your questions.

Called and spoke to Brenda for an appointment. Brenda was very helpful and had a lot of patience as there were some issues with my insurance. Brenda represents this company with professionalism and friendliness! My appointment with audioprosthologist, James Hanerhoff could not have gone any better than it did! James explained each step as we progressed. He didn’t rush through the appointment and was very thorough. I already have hearing aids and needed to have my hearing checked and update them. James did not try to sell me new hearing aids, he is going to update them at my next appointment! It has been a very positive experience between getting my appointment scheduled and the meeting with the audioprosthologist, James Hanerhoff. Both own their positions and gave me the satisfaction that the service was above and beyond! I highly recommend them!

Our daughter would come into the room and ask why I had the TV so loud. It’s nice to be able to be in the room with others and not have them going crazy with the loud volume. It’s a good feeling to now have the sound come right into my hearing aids.
Being able to hear conversations the first time again, really understand them, was fabulous for me. Instead of asking my family to repeat themselves and try to visualize their lips as they talk, I had the opportunity to find that I just can close my eyes, listen, I would hear it and understand them.
