My parents both needed hearing aids. I found this place on Google and loved their reviews. We were greeted by Brenda the receptionist and when we entered, she said come on in and make yourself at home. I’ve been a lot of offices. I’ve never been greeted with that statement That was lovely💜 Once we were in the office, we were treated so respectfully and explained everything thoroughly, and they even went through our insurance to get things moving along right in front of us. I mean, who does that? We ordered the hearing aids, came back in two weeks, were fitted to their ears and told how to properly clean them. They start out at a quieter level to get you used to them and have you come back to be adjusted to what you want for their level of sound. My mom has tinnitus, and it has helped improve the sound that never stops in her ears. We are blessed to have found Audibel Hearing solutions

I received this location for my hearing test from my insurance company. I’ve gone several places for a hearing test and felt put off and that my hearing was fine until I came to Audibel Hearing of the Quad Cities. I was taken seriously. Listened to about all I’ve been experiencing, received a test, shown my results, and provided an opportunity to hear what “I could” hear like. It was a complete game changer. Wow!! I am excited to learn more about securing my hearing again.

Called and spoke to Brenda for an appointment. Brenda was very helpful and had a lot of patience as there were some issues with my insurance. Brenda represents this company with professionalism and friendliness! My appointment with audioprosthologist, James Hanerhoff could not have gone any better than it did! James explained each step as we progressed. He didn’t rush through the appointment and was very thorough. I already have hearing aids and needed to have my hearing checked and update them. James did not try to sell me new hearing aids, he is going to update them at my next appointment! It has been a very positive experience between getting my appointment scheduled and the meeting with the audioprosthologist, James Hanerhoff. Both own their positions and gave me the satisfaction that the service was above and beyond! I highly recommend them!

Our daughter would come into the room and ask why I had the TV so loud. It’s nice to be able to be in the room with others and not have them going crazy with the loud volume. It’s a good feeling to now have the sound come right into my hearing aids.
Being able to hear conversations the first time again, really understand them, was fabulous for me. Instead of asking my family to repeat themselves and try to visualize their lips as they talk, I had the opportunity to find that I just can close my eyes, listen, I would hear it and understand them.
