Everyone was friendly. The Dr was friendly put me at ease right away. Explained what he was doing and why. When we had finished he showed me the results and explained everything so I could understand it. Didnt pressure me I had several options that I could go with or think about it and go back. Very satisfied.

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Hanerhof, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was professional, courteous, and truly cared about my concerns. I bring my elderly Mother to Jim primarily for wax removal. Jim is always patient and attentive with her as she has dementia. The office is clean and perfectly appointed. Friendly staff, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Audibel Hearing Solutions is really a fantastic place to do business. After just moving to this part of the state and not knowing where to go to get the best care for my hearing, or lack of hearing. I contacted Audibel and I talked to James about getting another pair of hearing aids. He made me feel very comfortable and was very professional and confident in his abilities to find the right solution for me. After choosing the ones I wanted he made sure I understood my new devices. He set them up perfect for me and set follow up visits to make sure everything was going as expected. They take pride in taking care of their clients and making sure they have what they need. Just today I was having trouble with one of my aids so I just called them and they got me in within an hour. I am so pleased to find such great service especially these days. I would and have recommended them to my family and friends. They don’t disappoint.

Our daughter would come into the room and ask why I had the TV so loud. It’s nice to be able to be in the room with others and not have them going crazy with the loud volume. It’s a good feeling to now have the sound come right into my hearing aids.
Being able to hear conversations the first time again, really understand them, was fabulous for me. Instead of asking my family to repeat themselves and try to visualize their lips as they talk, I had the opportunity to find that I just can close my eyes, listen, I would hear it and understand them.
